Is RockShox Tora an air fork?
The Tora brings a trail-worthy 100mm coil spring to a versatile fork already stacked with sturdy 32mm steel upper tubes, external rebound adjust and efficient damping systems.
Can you use a normal pump for shocks?
Due to the small volume of the air chamber in forks and shocks, the amount of air loss a normal tire pump would allow would be unacceptable. You may also have a difficult time reaching the pressures required using a tire pump.
How do you adjust a Rock Shox Judy?
Contact your local RockShox dealer to order replacement springs. To change the rebound damping on your Judy, locate the adjuster knob on the lower right leg. A clockwise adjustment will increase the rebound damping; a counterclockwise adjustment will decrease the rebound damping.
What pressure should my front forks be?

How much does a RockShox Tora shock cost?

I also upgraded this fork by adding a MoCo Damper with lockout (Rock Shox Argyle adjustable Motion Control Compression Damper). It was only $60, and it was super easy to install.
