The live chat option is so easy to use and the customer advisors are always so tentative to your needs. Paul especially deserves to be mentioned as he is a genuinely natural customer service representative. Ongoing issue with final bill. Refusing to acknowledge evidence of meter readings. Customer representatives lie. They don’t respond via email.
