I think the Sith Inquisitor and the Bounty Hunter have the best companions. Warrior. Personally I like the companions of the Jedi Knight the most. The feel around them comes in my opinion closest to what we had in KOTOR 1 and 2….My favourite crews are:

Smuggler.
Bounty Hunter (now that I can kill Skadge)
Agent.
Trooper.
